Introduction

passion for "state-of-the-art" audio technologies from the 20th century

I was born in The Netherlands in the year 1955 and my audio interest started around 1970, after graduating technical university (HTS) in 1977 the majority of my career up till now exists of being an independent technical engineer, designing and manufacturing sophisticated and advanced audio equipment for the professional audio - and radio broadcast market.

Additional I developed last decades a personal interest in professional “state-of-the-art” audio equipment and - technologies from the 20th century, designed and produced by famous companies like EMT, Neumann, Nagra Kudelski, Telefunken, Stellavox etc..

My greatest personal passion is collecting, restoring and using professional studio turntables of the former German brand EMT, especially the “build for a life time” models EMT 927 and EMT 930.  One result of this passion is the re-manufacturing of the legendary EMT 139st b stereo phono tube equalizer amplifier, hand-built by me in limited series for EMT lovers around the globe.

Also last decades I’m specialized in professional restoring of pre-owned EMT 927 and EMT 930 studio turntables to factory new condition.

Welcome to my site, I sincerely hope you will enjoy the information and the result of my contemporary activities.
